This site presents Ocellus Labs, its members and its projects. Its content is provided for general information, ‘as is’, without warranties of any kind. Project descriptions, plans and timelines may change at any time.

Our projects

Projects listed here, such as Dungeon Online and Ocellus Distro (Veyra), are separate products with their own terms. Any rewards, prizes or features described on this site for a project are announcements of intent only; they are not an offer or a contract until that project publishes its own formal terms.

Services & Advisory

Ocellus Labs offers research, advisory and build work for businesses, startups and projects. Nothing on this site is an offer of services or a guarantee of results. An engagement begins only once both sides agree its scope and terms in writing – including whether it is structured as a commission, a fixed contract or an equity or revenue share – and that written agreement governs the engagement.

We give our research and advice in good faith and to the best of our ability. Business decisions, and their outcomes, remain the client's own.

Payments

Where an engagement involves payment, it will be processed through Razorpay once online payments are live. Payment amounts and schedules are set in the engagement's written agreement. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Donations and sponsorships

Online donations are not currently accepted. Project sponsorships are arranged directly by email and confirmed in writing.

Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this site belong to Ocellus Labs unless stated otherwise. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Ocellus Labs is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The latest version always lives on this page; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
