Refund Policy

General policy

Donations made to Ocellus Labs are voluntary contributions and, as a general rule, non-refundable.

Genuine errors

If you made a genuine mistake — entered the wrong amount, an accidental extra zero, or sent a duplicate payment — contact us within 7 days of the transaction at ocelluslabs.001@gmail.com with your payment ID (shown in your Razorpay receipt/email) and the amount involved.

How it's handled

We review each request individually and, where warranted, process a refund via Razorpay back to your original payment method. Approved refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days, though your bank or UPI provider may take longer to reflect it on their end.

Discretion

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that don't reflect a genuine error.
